Turning 30!!! (Hindi Movie) is an upcoming masala, Hindi Bollywood movie. This Hindi film is being directed by Alankita Srivastav - a long time assistant of Jha and produced by non other than the famous director Prakash Jha and starring Bollywood stars Purab Kohli, Gul Panag, Tillotama Shome, Anita Kanwar, Siddharth Makkar and among with others. The movie features Gul Panag, Siddharth Makkar and Purab Kohli, with music composed by the music director duo of Sidharth-Suhas, whose past works include Dil Dosti and Bhram. According to pre-production news, the film is a young urban love story and women centric film and for the first time a non-political story by Prakash Jha.
The Story
Turning 30 is the story of the protagonist of the movie Naina (Gul Panag) who is about to celebrate her big three oh and life is a perfect picture with a good job and the perfect guy.Mumbai-based Naina Singh, in a long-term relationship with businessman, Purab Puri; is employed as an Ad Executive; and is about to turn 30. Her friends, Rukhsana Ali Sarin and Malini Roy are married and single respectively, while Rukhsana is aware that her husband, Sahil, is cheating on her. Naina, while under constant pressure from her mother to get married, will soon experience a roller-coaster ride after Rukhsana and Malini announce that they are pregnant and gay respectively; Purab will dump her to get married to U.S.-returned wealthy Yamini Punjwani; while her boss, Rathore, will let a colleague, Jamie, take credit for Naina's work, and ask her to tender her resignation.
